Packing, cleaning, the movers, finding a new home to buy or rent, and lot’s of work are just some of the things hear when my clients think about selling their homes. While all this is true I have ways and contacts to help make selling your home and moving easier. Most of the work is in the planning and with my years of experience I can help by giving you tips and a list of things you can do to get your home ready to sell.
If you have ever been on home search sites in the past you have probably learned that they are lead generation sites and sell your information to several different realtors and mortgage officers. After your home search you have the hassle of the phone calls that follow. Meanwhile all you wanted was to look at a few homes on the web before you decided to buy or sell your home.
I have a Buyers looking to purchase South of Bend on small acreage close to the Deschutes River. Single level or master or master on main floor. $350,000 to $450,000 range newer home or upgraded. 2+ bedrooms 2 plus bathrooms. 1800 SF +.
When most of us think of home ownership we think of it as a vehicle for our financial future. While some have owned several homes over their life time, some may have not owned a home yet. For others it may be something they think is just out of reach. The reality is that home ownership is probably within reach and they just don’t know it.
Feel free to take a look and search for homes like these. Create a free profile and save your searches. Unlike other home search sites you don’t need to worry about advertisements and multiple realtors calling you. I don’t sell your information either. Just take a look and see for yourself. Let me know if I can help you in any way.
As you are probably already aware Bend and Redmond home prices are increasing like crazy and have not slowed down yet. Central Oregon is in a seller’s market right now. While Bend has had a steady increase Redmond is exploding. Redmond has seen as much as a 30% increase in home values in the last year alone. The rest of Central Oregon is also booming. I know this probably sounds like a good thing, so why do you need to be careful?
The Central Oregon real estate market is booming right now for sellers. Bend and Redmond homes for sale are receiving some of the highest selling prices since the mid 2000’s.
The Redmond real estate market is particularly moving right now. If you have thought about selling your home and really want to get the best price per square foot then now is the time. Don’t wait until the fall to start selling your home. Historical data shows that late spring, summer, and early fall are the best times to sell your home in Central Oregon.

Pricing is always a variable which will determine the final net proceeds you get from your home, but it’s not the only one. The ability to provide features such as seller financing, loan assumption, and quick possession can also have an affect on the net proceeds from the sale. Where do you start? Ask questions.
